Letting
The amounts below are those paid by the tenant, per square metre of habitable floor area. It is this share that the loi ALUR caps, according to the zone in which the property is located.

Landlord's share
The landlord pays their own share, of the same amount: the same prices per square metre, in the same zone. The table is therefore not a total to be split in two, each party pays the amount shown. The only exception is the studio: the landlord's share is raised to one month's rent including charges. It brings together the same amounts per square metre and brokerage and negotiation fees that make up the difference, payable by the landlord alone.
The zoning is set by the State. Check which zone a property is in.
Rental management
Sums collected annually, charges included. The rate depends on the package and the volume managed: the larger the portfolio, the lower the percentage.

Rental management fees, as a percentage HT of sums collected, plus VAT at 20 %. The rate including VAT is shown under each figure.
Unpaid rent guarantee Covers unpaid rent, litigation costs, legal protection and damage to the property. Taken out in addition, through our partners, as with non-occupying owner insurance and wealth advice. It is charged at 2,80 % of the rent including charges.
Rental management does not include letting. The loi ALUR strictly regulates the latter and prohibits including it in a management service: these are two distinct professions, with two distinct fee scales.
