Privacy policy

This text describes what this site actually does with your data, not what a policy template usually sets out.

Who is responsible

Reboot Immobilier, SAS registered with the RCS under number 884 723 214, whose registered office is at 75 route de Mittelhausbergen, 67200 Strasbourg. For any question about your data: contact@reboot-immobilier.com.

What we collect, and why

The information you give us. Name, e-mail, telephone and message, when you fill in a form. They are used solely to reply to your enquiry. They are neither sold on nor used for unsolicited marketing.

A preference cookie. This site serves three different versions of itself, for comparison. A cookie named version remembers which one you are viewing, so that navigation remains consistent. It contains only one word, cannot identify anyone, and is read only by this site.

Rien d'autre. No advertising trackers, no audience measurement tools, no social media buttons following you around. That is also why no consent banner is shown to you: there is nothing to consent to.

Third-party services

Google. The reviews shown come from our Google listing. They are read by our server, then served with the page: your browser never contacts Google on this occasion, and no data concerning you is sent to it.

The property photographs. They are hosted on the agency's storage and served by our server.

The fonts. The site's font is hosted with the site. No request is sent to an external font service.

How long we keep them

A contact or valuation request is kept for three years from the last exchange, the usual period for a business relationship. After that, it is deleted.

The preference cookie expires after one year, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict its use or object to its processing. A request sent to contact@reboot-immobilier.com receives a reply within a month.

If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
