The information you give us. Name, e-mail, telephone and message, when you fill in a form. They are used solely to reply to your enquiry. They are neither sold on nor used for unsolicited marketing.

Your display preference. Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser, never sent to our server or to anyone else.

Audience measurement, with your agreement. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and find out which pages are read. Google then sets measurement cookies (named _ga) in your browser and receives the pages viewed, your device and your approximate location, with a truncated IP address. This data is used solely to improve the site: it is not used for advertising, and data sharing with Google's advertising products is disabled.

Without your consent, nothing. Until you have accepted, or if you decline, no Google script is loaded, no measurement cookie is set and no data is transmitted. The site reads just the same. Declining is as simple as accepting.

No other trackers. No advertising trackers, no social network buttons that would follow you.

Google. The reviews shown come from our Google listing. They are read by our server, then served with the page: your browser never contacts Google on this occasion, and no data concerning you is sent to it.

Google Analytics. Only if you have accepted. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States: this transfer is governed by the Data Privacy Framework between the European Union and the United States, under which Google is certified.

The property photographs. They are hosted on the agency's storage and served by our server.

The fonts. The site's font is hosted with the site. No request is sent to an external font service.

A contact or valuation request is kept for three years from the last exchange, the usual period for a business relationship. After that, it is deleted.

Audience measurement data is kept for 14 months by Google, then deleted. Your choice to accept or refuse is kept for six months in your browser, after which you are asked again.

You can change your mind at any time, as simply as you chose: Manage cookies (also at the bottom of every page) reopens the choice. Refusing stops the measurement immediately and deletes any measurement cookies already set.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict its use or object to its processing. A request sent to contact@reboot-immobilier.com receives a reply within a month.

If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
