A Strasbourg district: the area around our office
Cronenbourg: the district where our office is
Our office is here, route de Mittelhausbergen. The housing stock is slightly healthier than the Strasbourg average, with fewer homes rated F or G, and it is the only district in the city about which we can say that we are there every day.
The energy condition of the housing stock
Of the 7,217 diagnostics carried out in this neighbourhood since July 2021, 5.3 % of homes are rated F or G, and 6.8 % A or B. The most common label is C.
That is 0.9 points less than Strasbourg as a whole, where 6.2 % of the housing stock is rated F or G.
This figure determines what an owner can do with their property: the timetable of the loi Climat et Résilience is progressively closing off letting to the least efficient homes. Having the diagnostic carried out is therefore a prerequisite to any letting, not a formality at the end of the process.

Why there is no rent figure by district
The public indicator for advertised rents stops at commune level: it exists for Strasbourg, not for its districts. We do not break it down ourselves, and we do not copy the city figure and pass it off as local. The Strasbourg rent is 15,57 € per square metre for flats, all sizes combined. see the Strasbourg page for the breakdown by property type.
Sale prices, for their part, exist nowhere in the public domain: the Bas-Rhin comes under the livre foncier d'Alsace-Moselle and not the national sales register. Any price per square metre shown elsewhere for this district is an estimate drawn from listings, not a record of sales.
Us and Cronenbourg
Our office is in this district, at 75 route de Mittelhausbergen, 67200 Strasbourg. That's the simplest reason to call us about a property here: we pass through every day, and a viewing doesn't require us to cross the Eurométropole.

- Neudorf
