Why we don't display a price per square metre
There is no public one. The State publishes every sale in France in the fichier des demandes de valeurs foncières, except those in the Bas-Rhin, the Haut-Rhin and the Moselle, which come under the livre foncier of Alsace-Moselle and not the national property register.
This isn't a publication delay: it's a legal regime, and it won't change. The prices per square metre you'll see elsewhere for Eckbolsheim are therefore estimates drawn from listings, not recorded sales.
